We will attempt to ship to you no matter where you are whether in Dawson City, Yukon or in Amsterdam, but be aware shipping from northern Canada can be costly. We often acquire pieces that are ones-of-a-kind and realize we have a widespread customer base - shipping is part of our life. Please contact us prior to your purchase so we can discuss logistics and costs. From Whitehorse, Yukon we have access to a number of options for air and ground transportation including: Canada Post, Purolator, Fed Ex, and local ground transport such as Pacific Northwest Group.
Once we have confirmed a feasible way to ship your order, we will ask you to pay for your order plus the cost of shipping. We do not charge for handling.
Returns / Exchanges
Because the collection of goods in our store is carefully procured, with many items being a one-of-a-kind, we have a limited return policy. We offer store credit or exchange only on specific categories of goods. We strongly encourage you to ask questions about items, or request additional measurements and photos.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please review the following:
Vintage, imported and antique merchandise - sales final due to the unique nature of these pieces
Glassware, consumables, custom order, discounted and seasonal items - sales final
All other items (excluding gift cards) can be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase with receipt, items unused, original packaging and tags.
Mail Order Returns & Exchanges: please contact us immediately upon receiving goods if there are any problems with your order. Subject to the above parameters, we will honour this policy within 10 days from the date of shipping. Please note that purchasers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for exchanges and returns.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
